Interstate Hotels & Resorts is one of the leaders in the industry for new hotel development and construction. During the past 24 months, the company has been involved in over 20 new hotel openings throughout the world. At present, 17 new hotel and resort projects are underway and in various phases of development, many in which Interstate is an equity participant. Recent hotel projects range from a new aloft hotel under construction in Southern California to a new four star hotel under development in Moscow, Russia.
