New Hotel Projects

At present, Interstate Hotels & Resorts has approximately 16 new hotel projects under various stages of development. Selected examples include the following:

  • aloft, Rancho Cucamonga, California - a new build 147-room hotel under construction; Interstate is an equity participant and the manager, opening May 2008
  • Marriott Lancaster at Penn Square, Lancaster, Pennsylvania - a new build 294-room convention center hotel connected to the Lancaster County Convention Center currently under development
  • aloft, Nashville Cool Springs, Tennessee - a new build 143-room hotel under construction; Interstate is an equity participant and the manager
  • Hilton Moscow Lenindgradskya, Russia - a 275-room landmark building undergoing complete renovations and re-opening mid-2008
